Friday night dinner from the extensive main menu will be supported by wonderful operatic performances, while Saturday promises something even more special. Executive Chef Hannes Bareiter has developed a traditional 'long Italian lunch' menu with matching wines that will feature operatic performance interspersed between six courses.
