Tracy Johnston
General Manager
Tracy is the captain of the Destination Marlborough ship, she has worked all over the globe for Tourism New Zealand before deciding that our corner of the world was the place to be. Her passion for growing Marlborough tourism is infectious as is her love for all things small and furry. As well as overseeing the Marketing and i-SITE teams Tracy is a strong advocate for Marlborough’s visitor industry both locally and nationally.

Rachael Brown
Marketing Manager
Rachael is our International Trade and Marketing guru as well as being in charge of our marketing team and a very busy mother of two. She brings years of experience and worldwide travel to her role as well as a passion for Marlborough and is our most pedantic when it comes to site inspections – wire coat hangers and grouting beware.

Olivia Bowers-Galt
Online and Domestic Manager
Olivia is our self acclaimed geek who’s eyes light up at the sign of colored graphs and loves all things digital and online. This nerdishness has earnt her the challenge of looking after all our digital marketing including this snazzy new website. She is a bit of a multi tasker so when she is not glued to the internet she looks after our domestic and conference markets as well.

Marketing Executive
If it wasn’t for Jo we wouldn’t know whether we were coming or going, Jo keeps us organized and handles everything from our image library, putting together our media and trade itineraries, making sure our weekly newsletters go out to making sure all our promotions material is world class.

i-SITE Operations Manager
What Amy doesn’t know about Marlborough in general and our i-SITEs in particular ain’t worth knowing.
We nabbed Amy to work in our i-SITEs when she was a sweet 19 year old and haven’t let her escape. Amy is kept busy by overseeing not one but both of our i-SITES.

Katrina Smith
Finance Manager
Katrina is our bean counter who makes sure we stay on the straight and narrow when it comes to our budgets. She also handles all of our accounts and invoicing so if you have an account query then Katrina is the person to talk to between the hours of 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday.

Rachel is our born and bred Picton girl who loves tourism so much she has done it all over the world picking up German as a second language on her way.
